Our 7th International Conference is now the new BEFORE REALITY CONFERENCE.

Over the past 12 years, our conference has been a premium gathering for CAE Professionals. Every two years, the international simulation community gathers together and exchanges the latest concepts, knowledge, and development requirements on our software products.

Join us this year at our conference that will be held from May 30 to June 1 2017, at the MET Hotel, Thessaloniki, Greece.

During the event, technical papers outlining the latest advances in CAE strategy, methodology, techniques and applications related to our products will be presented.
This stage offers a unique opportunity for the presenters to lead and inspire by presenting their ideas, demonstrating their achievements, and sharing new development requirements. Moreover, the participants will be informed about the latest software trends, implementation concepts and deployment methods.

The close technical communication with our software development team, within the framework of a technical forum, is also among the main features of this three-day conference.

Further discussion sessions, meetings and other events are set to allow the interaction between participants and organizers. Senior executives of our company, our engineers from the development and services teams and our business agents from around the world will be glad to meet with you, to discuss the applications, the existing functionality as well as the latest enhancements and future development plans of our software products. The technical forum and contributed presentations will demonstrate the current status and the future trends of the application of the products of BETA CAE Systems, ANSA / EPILYSIS / META suite and SPDRM, in a spectrum of sectors, such as: CAE strategy & process planning, Process automation, Product and Simulation Data Management (PDM / SDM), Durability, Crash & Rollover, Occupant & Pedestrian Safety, Dynamics, Noise, Vibration & Harshness, Computational Fluid Dynamics, Optimization, Composite materials modelling, Climate control, Engine technology, Heat transfer, Simulation results assessment etc.

CALL FOR
PAPERS

All those who wish to share recent advances and future trends in the analyses technologies, methods and practices for solving the problems of the modern Industry, using our software products, are welcome to contribute to the success of this conference.

One of the authors of each paper will receive free accommodation for the duration of the event, as a speaker, courtesy of BETA CAE Systems.

SUBMISSION

Abstracts of approximately 250 words should be submitted in English for consideration by March 31, 2017. Abstracts should clearly state the purpose, results and conclusions of the work to be described in the final paper. The author’s name, organization, address, phone and email should be also clearly marked. The identification of the speaker among more than one author is required.

The language of the conference will be English.

Abstracts submission will be made by email no later than March 31, 2017, to congress@beta-cae.com

The notification of acceptance will be made by April 7, 2017.

Authors, whose abstracts will be accepted and are designated as speakers, will be asked to:
- register to the event using a special registration form as described at the registration section,
- submit a properly formatted final paper, no later than April 28, 2017 ,
- submit their presentation files no later than May 12, 2017.

The conference’s proceedings will be compiled before the congress, therefore, please, respect the deadlines.

HIGHLIGHTS

BETA CAE Systems is proud and honoured to host Yair Soffair, Mechanical Analysis Manager of Elbit Systems Electro-Optics Elop., Israel.

Join Mr. Soffair in his journey through the challenges and solutions in the simulation process for the most advanced electro-optics technology. Mr. Soffair will also emphasize the benefits from deploying our software in his organization.

Prof. Dr. Sadayuki Ujihashi, will honour us with his keynote speech on where ASEAN and East Asia NCAPs are heading.

In his speech he will elaborate on the anticipated evolutions of ASEAN and East Asia NCAPs regulations and how automobile manufacturers will have to tune the safety performance of their cars to meet new specifications.

Dr. Sadayuki Ujihashi is a fmr. Chair of JNCAP, Professor Emeritus at Tokyo Institute of Technology, Professor at Nihon Bunri University, and member of BETA CAE Systems Japan.

Dr.-Ing. Sam Saltiel, CCO of BETA CAE Systems, in his keynote message, reveals the surprising profound reasons why we simulate and why we should simulate more.

THE MET HOTEL is situated in the new harbour area of Thessaloniki, a bustling hub with great development prospects at the western entrance of the city. The area boasts a number of nightlife venues and is conveniently close to the city centre, the hotel is also an ideal basis for sightseeing and shopping

Transportation:
The hotel is easily accessible by public or private transportation. Recommended transportation from the airport to the hotel is by taxi. Taxis are available in front of the airport terminal on the arrivals level.
