The Functional Mock-up Interface (FMI) is a free standard that defines a container and an interface to exchange dynamic simulation models using a combination of XML files, binaries and C code. It is supported by more than 170 software and is maintained as a Modelica Association Project. BETA CAE Systems software systems support FMI standard, and these are included in the respective public tools list.
BETA CAE Systems is a proud Associated Partner to Horizon Europe MSCA doctoral network GECKO (Design for IsoGeometric Analysis (IGA) discretization workflows).
GECKO is an international consortium of high-profile universities, research institutions and companies located in Europe. The mission of GECKO is to train 10 doctoral candidates (DCs) aiming at bridging the existing gap between the CAD and the computational models (CAE) and integrating them within the industrial workflow.
PC-DPMX (IPC-2581) Consortium is a group of PCB design and supply chain companies whose collective goal is to enable, facilitate and drive the use of IPC-DPMX in the industry. It is devoted to accelerating the adoption of IPC-DPMX as an open, neutrally maintained global standard to encourage innovation, improve efficiency and reduce costs.
BETA CAE Systems, believes in openness in interfacing engineering software. Aligned to this belief, BETA develops and maintains an interface in ANSA pre-processor according to the latest IPC-2581 specification. Moreover, BETA commits to collaborating with all consortia members to ensure that ANSA produced IPC-2581 data flow properly among their products.
BETA CAE Systems is a member of JT Open program community
run by Siemens PLM Software. JT Open is an influential
community of users, software vendors, and interested parties
spanning the PLM value chain who, through an open distribution
of the JT technology under a level playing field business model, are able to exchange 3D data for the purposes of visualization,
collaboration and data sharing.
