Enhancements in SPDRM v1.11.4
Data Model
It is now possible to define a rule that will act as a fallback for condition-based definition of accepted values, to compact the overall definition of rules.
Performance
Significant improvement in the performance of the script function dm.createDMItem.
System Configuration
It is now possible to narrow down the scope of the regular expression validator, to apply it only to values of properties (primary attributes), while saving data objects to SPDRM.
Known issues resolved in SPDRM v1.11.4
Data Management
Under certain circumstances, modifying the Status attribute of a Subsystem could erroneously lead to the corruption of the stored DM object.
Data Model
The -now deprecated- Conditional Attributes setting that might be defined in the data model to define allowed Status value transitions in the lifecycle of a DM item, would be ignored.
Data Migration / Archival
In case of data export in several packages from a source SPDRM environment, the relationships (links) between data objects included in different packages would not be retained during data import to the target SPDRM environment.
The import of a data package using the DM Import functionality might be interrupted under certain circumstances related to the use of special characters in properties/attributes of DM items and the use of ‘custom’ ACLs per type.
Users Management - Security
LDAP authentication would not work properly when multiple LDAP domain controllers were defined.
It would not be possible to set privileges on data based on one of their properties/attributes (e.g. Project), in case that the list of its accepted values was based on rules.
For more details about the new software features, enhancements and corrections please refer to the Release Notes document.
Documentation Updates
Updated Documents
Updated Installation Guide, Administrator’s Guide, Scripting API Guide and REST API documentation.
Supported Platforms and System Requirements
The server software of SPDRM is running under 64bit flavors of Linux.

The software requires a different license key to the rest of the products of BETA CAE Systems. This license key should be incorporated into the same license file, if such is already installed, and requires beta_lm, the proprietary license manager of BETA CAE Systems.
